Learn 15 advance asanas in 4 weeks. Each 60 min class will include warmups, step by step breakdown of an asana, drills, variations, modifications using props, practice time & breathing practices. Same asana will be added to next class & practiced along with new asana in same order. These asanas can be practiced by all level practitioners it’s just you need right guidance & consistency. So if you are a beginner too you can still practice them safely.
For me, an advanced practice is not showing off how strong and flexible you are. Rather an advanced practice is rooted in a combination of discipline, steadiness, comfort and stillness. In actuality a deeper or more advanced yoga practice is realized when someone continues to learn and show up on their mat with the intention of developing these qualities I just mentioned. The benefits of advanced yoga postures will be revealed to you through your practice and learning.
Important: ( Included in this series is a short tutorial class that introduces you to props and modifications)
