Day 1: Welcome to the God’s Own Country

Day 2: Harmony with Nature

• Sunrise Yoga: Begin the day with a slow-paced Hatha yoga session, embracing the sunrise.
• Detox Tea & Fruits: Refresh with a detox tea and fresh fruits.
• Breakfast: Fuel up for the day ahead.
• Morning Activity: Choose between a garden tour, harvesting activity, or exploring the farming village.
• Lunch: Enjoy a nourishing midday meal.
• Silent Nature Walk: Engage in a serene walk to the river, followed by high tea.

• Offroad Adventure: Embark on an offroad jeep ride to a majestic waterfall.

Are flights included?

Please note that flights are not included in the retreat package. Participants are responsible for booking their own flights. The nearest airports are Coimbatore (3 hours) and Cochin (4.5 hours) from the hotel. Once you arrive at the airport, our team will arrange your transfer to The Mudhouse Marayoor, Munnar, Kerala. The schedule of your arrival and departure will be shared once we confirm your booking.
